Chiropractor
Beth joined A.S.H in 2006 when the practice was known as Almondbury Chiropractic Centre and operated out of a small cottage in the centre of the village.
In 2008, she took over and moved to our current premises in 2019. She has gained over 15 years’ experience helping the community with their spinal health, and turning the practice into what it is today.
Beth is also our chiropractor who attends to the needs of our youngest patients, including new-borns, toddlers, and young children.
Chiropractor
Tom has been a member of our team at Almondbury Spinal Health since joining in 2020 after graduating from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic.
As a keen football player experiencing numerous sporting injuries, Tom decided to pursue a career in Chiropractic to help others prevent injury and improve function in their day to day lives.
Within our team, Tom serves as our chiropractor who specializes in back pain and various extremity pain issues, including those in the shoulder, ankle, and knee.
Chiropractor
Evan graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in July 2025 and joined the Almondbury Spinal Health team shortly after. Motivated from a young age by a desire to help others improve their health, he was inspired to pursue chiropractic after witnessing his father’s recovery through care—a experience that continues to guide his approach with patients today.
As a dedicated chiropractor, Evan is committed to ongoing learning and continually developing his skills to support his patients in feeling and functioning at their best. His enthusiasm, compassion, and focus on patient-centred care make him a valued member of our team.
Massage Therapist and Rehabilitation Advisor
Montse is our in-house therapist and joined the ASH team in 2021. She is passionate about helping people of all ages improving physical function and overall wellbeing.
With a background in sports and remedial massage, she works with patients using a combination of techniques, including massage, muscle energy techniques, cupping therapy or manual lymphatic drainage.
In addition to musculoskeletal care, she offers reflexology to babies, teenagers and adults to promote both physical and emotional wellbeing as well as nervous system regulation to support physical recovery and strengthen the immune system.
Montse is also a qualified pregnancy massage therapist and trained in baby massage, baby yoga, tummy time and starting solids.
Each patient, from newborns to adults, receives a thoughtful, tailored treatment adapted to support their specific needs and therapeutic goals.
Massage Therapist and Rehabilitation Advisor
Ellie is a Leeds Trinity University graduate with a degree in Sport Therapy and Rehabilitation, along with a Level 4 certification in Sports Massage therapy. During her studies, she gained valuable clinical experience by collaborating with senior physiotherapists and working with rugby teams like Castleford Tigers and Bradford Bulls.
Since graduation, Ellie has furthered her expertise in private practice, providing massage services and assessing sports-related injuries. By delivering customised massage therapy and aftercare plans, she ensures every individual receives care that aids in their recovery.
Her skills in massage therapy include postural analysis, sports and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, soft tissue release, and muscle energy techniques.
Chiropractic Assistant
Karen joined the Almondbury Spinal Health reception team in 2011, back when the clinic was a small practice in a village cottage. Over the years, she has seen the practice grow and has supported countless patients from the very beginning of their chiropractic journeys.
As an experienced and dedicated member of our team, Karen brings exceptional skill to her role. She is also our creative specialist, thoughtfully curating the much-loved seasonal displays that our patients look forward to year after year. Her warmth, creativity, and longstanding commitment make her an integral part of our clinic.
Chiropractic Assistant
Bethany joined the Almondbury Spinal Health team in 2023. As a valued member of our reception team, she provides a warm welcome to patients and offers essential administrative support to our chiropractors. With experience gained through volunteer work in her community, Bethany brings compassion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping others. She plays an important role in creating a friendly and supportive environment for everyone who visits our clinic.
Lead Chiropractic Assistant
Loren joined our team in 2025, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a strong background in administration and accounting. As the friendly face who welcomes you the moment you walk through our doors, she ensures every visit runs smoothly—from scheduling appointments to assisting with patient inquiries and supporting our practitioners behind the scenes.
With a young family at home, Loren understands the importance of health, balance, and compassionate care. Her attention to detail and genuine commitment to helping others make her an invaluable part of our clinic.
